    Your credit card will be charged a day before your arrival.
  • What is the check-in and check-out time?
    Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00. Kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time so that we can warmly welcome you to our Casa. Checkout before 09:30 AM
  • What is the minimum hosting period?
    The minimum hosting period is three nights. For same-day or next-day bookings, please contact us directly.
  • Is villa suitable for guests with disabilities?
    This 19th-century country villa has been renovated and unfortunately it wasn't built originally with accessibility in mind. The house has a lot of stairs and narrow doorways which makes it difficult for people with mobility issues to move around. The bathroom is also not equipped with grab bars or other safety features that are necessary for people with disabilities.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If cancelled up to 30 days prior to the date of your vacation, no fee will be charged. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your vacation date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the vacation cost. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the cost of the entire vacation.
  • Are Pets allowed?
    Yes, subject to the owner’s approval!
  • Is the yard fenced?
    The house is not surrounded by fences. There is a hedge that gives complete privacy to the guests.
  • Will we have exclusive use of villa?
    Yes, indeed. The villa is exclusively for you and your guests throughout your stay.
  • Is the pool private or shared with other guests?
