​Cancellation And Reservation Policy​

• If canceled up to 30 days prior to the date of your vacation, no fee will be charged. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your vacation date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the vacation cost .

• If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the cost of the entire vacation.

• If you cause any damage to the property during your stay, you will be charged based on the damage cost.

Guests With Disabilities

This 19th-century country villa has been renovated and unfortunately it wasn't built originally with accessibility in mind. The house has a lot of stairs and narrow doorways which makes it difficult for people with mobility issues to move around. The bathroom is also not equipped with grab bars or other safety features that are necessary for people with disabilities. It’s important to us to ensure that our villa is inclusive and can accommodate people with disabilities and we are committed to keep gradually improving it so that everyone can enjoy this house.
