​Cancellation And Reservation Policy​

• You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to your reservation date.

• ⁠If you cancel between 30 days and 3 days prior your reservation date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• ⁠Payment will be  charged 3 days prior your reservation date. From this point on, cancellations are non-refundable.

• If any damage is caused to the property during your stay, you will be charged the cost of the damage.

 

Guests With Disabilities

This 19th-century country villa has been renovated and unfortunately it wasn't built originally with accessibility in mind. The house has a lot of stairs and narrow doorways which makes it difficult for people with mobility issues to move around. The bathroom is also not equipped with grab bars or other safety features that are necessary for people with disabilities. It’s important to us to ensure that our villa is inclusive and can accommodate people with disabilities and we are committed to keep gradually improving it so that everyone can enjoy this house.
